amazing transit experience!
quick napwake-up serviceaccomodating staff
i had such a great rest during my long layover. rojilyn, dave, mark, chandra and bijaya were so accomodating. i felt really refreshed after a quick nap, so i could catch my next flight. the wake-up call service helped me be on time too!
there wasn't much i disliked, though the pod got a bit warm before it cooled down.

The staff, especially rosette, fevlan and chandra, offered good service. I found them very helpful and friendly. they answered all my questions. the service was efficient and quick.

there are many options for food and drink available in the nearby airport area, i was impressed. many restaurants provided lots of variety, i really liked it. it was easy to find something to eat.

The location is convenient inside the airport near loro piano and the teddy bear area. It was very easy to find. i thought it was a great resting spot to use for a long transit. it was definitely accessible.

The facility is well kept and clean. I used it. beds are the main service. there are bathrooms located nearby outside the facility, i had no problem using them.

The staff were friendly. Raymark, Chandra, and Subekcha gave great service. The check-in was smooth and easy. I found out where I could eat and what time to wake up to get to my gate.
The place is expensive for what it offers. There were no showers. There were no toilets. The cabin felt small and cramped.

the location inside the terminal was super convenient. my pod provided a quiet, private space for sleep. staff was helpful and ensured i got a wake-up call. the facility was super clean.
The air conditioning was a little too cold. I couldn't adjust it to my liking.

the airport provides public restrooms about 50 meters away from the pods. i found a water refill station nearby, so i could refill my water bottle before my next flight. an atm was conveniently located nearby too.

the map guide on the website assisted in locating the hotel with ease. i found raymark greeted me warmly. he even guided me to my cabin. the cabin was super clean. i appreciate this.
the reclining seat to a flat bed felt stiff. it was similar to lying on a wooden floor.

Staff were very helpful. I was able to get to my Single or Double YAWN Cabin 8 Hour from 2300-0700 hrs 11pm-7am without problems. The location was a benefit because I had a few hours between flights. The space was very silent and I got five hours sleep. Check in was smooth and also check out. My room included all that I needed. Everything was clean. I had a good experience here overall.
The bed was hard. Pillows and blankets provided were flimsy.

There were several dining options near the premises. I noticed a cafe offering sandwiches. Another restaurant sold hot meals. I was able to find a quick meal before my flight.
